Popli Design Group (PDG), a growing multi-disciplined Architecture/Engineering firm is seeking a Team Leader and a Junior Engineer in the Bridge Inspection Division, along with a Junior Engineer in the Bridge Design Division (all located at the Penfield, NY office).
Inspection Team Leader Responsibilities
Evaluate and document conditions of bridges and other structures.
Write condition reports within agency provided software or other formats.
Responsible for coordinating with an ATL to complete inspections and mentoring junior staff.
Effectively communicate with team members and personnel from clients and subcontractors.

Inspection Junior Engineer Responsibilities
Assisting bridge inspection Team Leaders to perform inspections in the field.
Structural analyses of bridges to determine the capacity.
Entry of data into bridge inspection software and Microsoft Word/Excel/Access; development of structural drawings using CADD, and the compilation of reports and other documents.
