2026/27 Scholarship Applications Now Open!

Scholarship applications are now open for the current school year! We encourage all college students enrolled in a civil engineering program that are interested in a career related to bridge construction, design, and academics to apply.


Scholarships are available for:

•$6000 Philip F. Frandina Scholarship (Bachelors Degree)

•$3000 ABCD WNY Scholarship (Bachelors Degree)

•$2000 ABCD WNY Scholarship (Associates Degree)


All applicants currently in a 4-year Bachelors program will be considered for the $6000 Phillip F. Frandina Scholarship, and the runners-up will be considered for the $3000 ABCD WNY Scholarship. Awardees will be notified in early November and invited to attend our 2026 Fall Conference for free to receive their recognition. The due date for submissions is October 30th, 2026.
