Research

ABCD works closely with researchers in WNY to provide funding for research projects that further the mission of ABCD "to improve and encourage the science of bridge design, construction maintenance, and reconstruction." The ABCD Board of Directors regularly receives requests for financial assistance from researchers and awards funds based on the merits of the project and the benefit it will provide. During the course of the research, the ABCD Board of Directors receives regular updates regarding the status of the research projects and works to share that information with our members.
